Robert M. Cipriano has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology (Doctoral Research). His research is the first to pioneer how creative teams and organizations cultivate flourishing. Key discoveries emerged about how creative teams and organizations flourish now, how flourishing is defined, and how to cultivate it. 

 

This is why we can offer the only coaching and consulting grounded in the findings and practices of collective flourishing and Collaborative Organization Development. Dr. Cipriano has worked with major film studio story development department artists and leaders who explored possibilities for collective flourishing through inclusivity, engagement, and mentorship to produce landmark films. He worked with a documentary director to foster a culture of inclusive dynamics and artistic freedom. In big tech, he supported a Design Director to discover and disentangle from dysfunctional patterns and land a leadership role at one of the world's leading tech giants.
